Fit Facts

Fantastic changes happen in your body if you are physically active one hour every day.

When you play football, bike or play, you probably feel your pulse pounding and maybe you even sweat. This is not a sign of fever of flu. It is a clear sign that your body works to become even fitter and stronger. And if you are sufficiently active, you will not become overweight.

You also reduce the risk of falling ill, you get more self esteem and you may even get a longer life than if you veg out in front of the tv. To make a long story short, exercise is good for everything.

Give an hour

Do you think that one hour of exercise is a lot? Now, exercise does not have to be hardcore and exhausting.
